Automatic Shut Off The scale will automatically shut off if the display shows ‘0’ or the same number for 2 minutes and 15 seconds. To shut off the scale manually, press the Power/Tare button for approximately 3 seconds.	Tare Button The tare button subtracts container weight to zero out the scale so you only measure what you want. All you have to do is place the container on the scale, then press the Tare button to reset the scale to zero.	Instant, Accurate Responses The scale's advanced sensor technology delivers quick, accurate responses, unlike manual scales, which can create delays in a fast-paced kitchen. The digital kitchen scale instantly weighs up to 11 pounds (about 5000 grams) at a time. It will weight products that are a minimum of 2 grams, at full gram increments.

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks. Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
