1.Please soak the nib of new pen into water for 5 minutes before using.

2.Soak the pen into warm water for minutes if you can't open it.

3.The mat can only be drew with water.Do not machine wash.Only wipe with a damp cloth and dry it in shade before folding.

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.
