This is a used and still in great condition Ibanez RG521 in Black, as part of the Genesis Collection. The RG was first introduced in 1987, and has led speed-obsessed guitarists to turn up the BPMs on their metronomes ever since! The Genesis Collection RG521 takes the original and upgrades it with a new 5-piece maple/walnut neck, modern V7 and V8 humbuckers, a comfort contoured basswood body, and a rock-solid Gibraltar Standard II bridge. This guitar is in overall excellent condition with only light playwear to be seen.

Shipments within New York are subject to state sales tax. Payment is expected within 3 days, or an unpaid item case will be opened and the item will be relisted if the case is closed without a received payment. Shipping

Items over $100 ship free throughout the US via UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day. USPS is used for smaller items. Our handling times rarely exceed 1 business day. If for some reason there is a delay processing your order, we will contact you right away.

International orders ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. International shipments are generally subject to Customs Duties (VAT Charges) above and beyond the purchase price and shipping charged by The Music Zoo. We do not lower declared values on international packages. Customers should consult Customs in their own country about these additional charges prior to purchasing. Items containing Rosewood will require approximately 3 to 4 weeks of processing/handling time due to required CITES documentation.

If an item arrives with any issue or amount of damage not disclosed prior to purchase, please hold the item, be sure to retain all packing materials and contact us immediately. Please allow us the opportunity to help prior to lodging a claim with your credit card company or PayPal. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and inspected immediately. Please do not send the item back yourself unless instructed by The Music Zoo, this will greatly complicate the process. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you in full if the item is not replaceable.

Returns

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks. Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
